Emily-Rae joined CHI in February 2025 as an Evidence and Data Lead.

Prior to this, she worked at the University of Oxford’s Department of Social Policy and Intervention and as a Program Specialist at the U.S. Department of State’s Office of Foreign Missions.

Emily-Rae holds a Masters of Philosophy in Comparative Social Policy from the University of Oxford, where she conducted independent research on how public spaces and urban planning policies relate to rates of intimate partner violence.
