Jenny is an Implementation Lead at CHI. She leads on partnerships and projects to support people working in and around homelessness to use evidence and data to enhance the impact of their work. She also leads on our Lived Experience Associate Network.

Jenny has a career addressing social inequalities. She has joined from Save the Children UK, where she worked on developing their strategy to address UK child poverty, managed their involvement in the Covid-19 Public Inquiry and supported the incubation of a new organisation to support baby banks.

She completed the On Purpose leadership programme in social and environmental leadership in 2024, involving intensive training on systems change. This included a placement at Impact on Urban Health within data programmes, looking at how data can drive better decision-making to address health inequalities. Prior to this, Jenny has a background in influencing health policy at the local, UK, EU and global levels.
