Jess joined CHI in July 2024 as Finance and Operations Lead, providing support across the organisation with financial management, operational efficiency and systems.

Previously, she worked as Head of Finance and Operations at Streetwise Opera, an opera company who run a programme of singing and creative workshops for people who have experienced homelessness. She is also a trustee for Doorstep Homeless Families Project based in North London.
