Luke joined CHI in February 2025 as an Evidence and Data Lead.

Before this, he was a researcher at TASO, a sister organisation within the What Works Network. He has also worked in research roles at BookTrust and the University of Exeter.

Luke holds an MSc in Economics from the University of Exeter, with a focus on behavioural and experimental economics.
