Molly has a wide range of operational and strategic experience in tackling homelessness within local and regional government. Starting her career in social housing, Molly was awarded the National Housing Federation's Young Leader Prize in 2016. Whilst at Greater Manchester Combined Authority, she led regional efforts to meet the Mayor's mission to end rough sleeping, developing regional strategic and operation collaboration and testing new approaches to housing and support. Molly brings expertise in developing and evaluating system-wide approaches to ending homelessness, using public service reform and data and evidence-led practices.
