Shazia Hussain is our Chief Operating Officer, responsible for overseeing the organisation's financial and operational activities. With a background as a Chartered Management Accountant and an Executive MBA from Aston University, Birmingham, she brings a wealth of expertise and leadership to her role.

Her diverse experience spans across various sectors, from large corporations to charitable organizations, both in the UK and internationally. In her last role, Shazia was pivotal in the education sector, where she played a crucial role in supporting a charity through periods of change management and growth, helping build resilience along the way.

In addition to her professional roles, Shazia is deeply committed to social justice and education. She has contributed her expertise as a member of the governing body of the Titan Education Trust and served as a governor and board member of the Trust. She has also been an Interim Board member with Birmingham City Council.
